Floppy Painter is a 2D and 3D painter tool designed for indie devs looking for a cheaper alternative to tools like Substance Painter. Floppy Painter can preform a multitude of drawing operations! These operations work both for 2D and 3D painting with the ability for 2D animation aswell! Floppy Painter also has and supports the ability to use Palettes with color selection.

2D Painting: 

Paint in a classical 2D canvas, for a standard drawing application feel. This is best used for adjustments and fine painting! Use your own textures for brushes and paint what you want!(Floppy Painter performs best with alpha mask textures)

3D Painting: 

Paint Directly on 3D models, this is what it's all about! 3D painting with many operations, including; On model painting, shape tools (like lines and boxes), filling and gradients! plus many more!

Image Effects: 

Add Image Effects for tuning and style. Floppy Painter has a few shaders that apply onto the canvas! these shader image effects include; Dithering effect, oil painting effect, posterize effect, and blur effects. plus many more!

Image Manipulation:  

Edit images with moving, scaling,  selection, etc. Floppy Painter  has many ways to manipulate an image with all the above ways! there is also multiple selection tool types for different selection needs, and the ability to edit these selections with things like flipping and Inverse selections!

Aniamtion:  

Floopy Painter also supports 2D animation. that being a frame by frame workflow working layer by layer! Floppy Painter also supports the ability to onion skin, including active layer onion skinning, Export in common animation file types for your needs.
